In reviews, words like "outstanding" and "exceptional" are often overused. When it comes to Barry, those words don't go far enough.
In the past 20 years, I have worked with 9 realtors in 3 states. Barry has been unique in many ways.
First and most importantly, he comes to every showing as the seller's agent. While the buyer's agent along with their client is seeing the home for the first time, Barry knows the home and is able to better inform perspective buyers about all the features of the home that might otherwise be missed.
Secondly, in addition to the standard photos of the home, Barry has additional photos taken by an "architectural" photographer that are called luxury or architectural shots.
Third, Barry does not just list the home with MLS. As Lake Arrowhead is a 2nd home market, he also markets the home in local and international magazines, getting wide exposure for your home.
I highly recommend Barry to sell (or buy) your home in the Lake Arrowhead area.

Barry did an excellent job for us at a difficult time - due to the sudden repeated rise in interest rates in summer 2022, prospective buyers kept losing their loan qualification; one buyer who planned to buy our place with a loan against another property found out that house was worth less than she assumed; the house fell out of escrow multiple times. There were repair issues, contradictory inspection reports, to negotiate. Barry was persistent and patient and ultimately negotiated a deal that gave us nearly all of our asking price. He put in a lot of work on our behalf.

Barry Lieberman sold our house in Crestline during the pandemic and rush of home sales on our mountain. He was selling much more expensive homes than ours at the time and was very busy, but he agreed to take our sale. We first met him while looking for a cabin near Lake Arrowhead years ago. He was so accommodating, so patient and so kind in our tours of homes with him, that was a reason beyond his clear experience and expertise that we were hoping he would take our sale. We were outside his usual locality, in a unique location on the mountain. The process of selling our house was more difficult, less lucrative, and longer than we expected, but particularly more so compared to Barry's many other sales. Throughout the entire process, Barry and his office worked as hard for us as they did for other clients, and he stuck with it all the way through. Most of all he was just as nice as we remembered him, and maintained his patience and professionalism through numerous surprises. We would recommend him to anyone.
